返金ポリシー Refund policy
【ご購入前に】
●商品写真はなるべく実物の色に近づけるようにしておりますが、お使いのモニター設定やお部屋の照明などにより、実際の商品と色味が異なる場合がございます。
●天然石にはインクルージョン（内包物）があったり、ヒビのように見えるものがある場合がありますが、個性としてご理解ください。
●カルサイトは硬度が非常に低い石のため、ちょっとした衝撃で破損する場合があります。
お取り扱いには十分お気を付けください。
カルサイトの破損は、商品到着時に破損していた場合を除いて、返品・返金の対象とはなりませんので、ご了承ください。
【返品・返金希望の場合】
以下に該当する場合のみ返品・返金可能です。
●商品到着時に破損していた場合
商品到着後、7日以内にご連絡ください。
●無理な力を加えない使用でワンドが破損した場合
トレイシー本人に確認後、個別にご対応させていただきますので、

トレイシー・アッシュ オリジナルデザインのワンドの場合は、往復の送料をご負担いただければ修理も可能です。
【ご返金について】
ご返送いただいた商品の状態を確認後、お支払いいただいた方法でのご返金となります。
クレジットカードの場合、概ね翌月分のお支払いから相殺されますが、クレジットカード会社での処理に時間がかかる場合がございます。
予めご了承ください。
【交換希望の場合】
一度、ご返品いただいてから再度ご購入いただくかたちになります。
商品到着後、7日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に限ります。
①お客様の送料ご負担にてご返送いただきます
（商品に破損や汚れなどがない状態でご返送ください）
②ご返送いただいた商品を確認後、メールでご連絡差し上げます
③交換希望の商品を新しくご購入してください
④新しい商品の発送、ご返送いただいた商品のご返金処理を行ないます

【返品・返金ができないもの】
上記に該当しない場合、またオンラインセミナー・オンラインセッションはいかなる理由においてもご返金ができません。
【Before you purchase】
●Although we try to keep the product photos as close to the actual color as possible, the color may differ from the actual product due to your monitor settings or room lighting.
●Please understand that natural stones may have inclusions or one that look like cracks.
●Calcite is a very low hardness stone and may be damaged by a slight impact. Please handle it with care. And please note that it is not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
【Return/Refund】
We can accept your requesting a return only when:
●The item was broken when it arrived
Please contact us within 7 days after the arrival of the item.
●The wand was broken by normal use, without the act of forcing it
Please contact us.
To start a return, you can contact us at japan.traceyash.com@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll tell you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
【Exchanges】
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please contact us at the above email address within 7 days after the arrival of the item.
【Refunds】
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
【Items that cannot be return or refund】
Items that do not fall under the above categories, online seminars and sessions are not refundable for any reason.
